Season Fares: Sept 24 LAST WEEKEND
$35ea : Under 24hr notice  (no discount)
$30ea : 1-24 passengers 24+ hrs notice
$25ea : Group 25+ Round Trip 24+ hrs notice
 
 
We offer door to door service. We'll pickup up at your door / location and return you back to your door / location.   NOTE: This fare is based one R/T not daily rate which is $350. Any passenger that are MIA.  We will wait 30 min. after that there is a $30 charge per 1/2 hr to be paid at time of return or find another way home.  1 pickup & 1 drop off.  $20 per extra stops. We are not in the business of waiting around, Time is money... There are charges and time schedules. No exceptions.  $60 Security and Cleaning deposit required fully refundable if charges do not apply. 
 
Make sure all passenger are ready to board within 15 minutes. and delegate 1 person to collect & hold the money.
 
Note: WEEKEND SHUTTLE RESERVATIONS
We have expirience a high volume number of tubing shuttle reservations for the weekends,  price and availability is limited. please call minimum of 10days before making a reservation. we only service the Phoenix /Tempe. all areas west of Phoenix is subject to special pricing and Quote. due to high fuel charges.

30% Cancelation charge.
When requesting a larger Bus or more shuttle vans.The fares are priced per seat. therefore ADDITIONAL charges will be applied for any seats unoccupied. We are not in the business to transport provisions, recreation or sporting toys and goods.  Only people.
Due to wieght & space limitations: No lawn chairs, large umbrellas, XL Ice coolers with out express consent of Salt River Shuttle.
 

  • Cancellation Policy
    We understand your travel plans may change and other circumstances may arise.
    With that in mind, Rocky Point Shuttle we have a very simple cancellation policy. Just give us notice prior to your Departure time and we will give you a refund (All refunds are subject to a 30% cancellation charge).      

  • Cash Refunds: Normally well be mailed allow 45-90 business days, a 30% administrative fee will be charged & deducted from the refund.   A refund is only for the cost of the Ticket or Reservation, any other cost incurred will not be compensated.  No exceptions

    Credit or Voucher:

    in lieu of a cash refund the Traveler may elect a credit or voucher and will be issued for the full value at the time of the purchase  & be used at a later date or sold to another individual for travel (be advised fares are subject to change and some additional charges my apply).

  • Rocky Point Shuttle: Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone / group not in cooperation with the terms & policies or is hostile / rude / unruly attitude of any sort will be removed from the Shuttle... NO Refund! NO Exceptions!

  • Any Passenger that are MIA we will give a 30 min. courtsy wait after that ther is a $30 per 1/2 hr wait charge payable at time of return. or find another way home.

  • R/T fare is based on 1 trip to the Salt River and 1 Return. This is not a daily rate you do not charter if you wish to Chater by the day is $350 for  6hrs.

  • Group must board & ready for departure to the River within 10-15 min. NO WAITING $30 per 1/2 hr wait charge.

  • $25per extra stop 1 pickup and 1 drop off only!

    Season May 6 - Sept 15
    Special Low Rate: $30 1-24+ passengers  
    Availability: limited seating One way & R/T
    Note: Does not include tubes or river excursion add $10-13 depending on the group and length of trip 2 - 4 hrs
